STEP BY STEP:

2. Pay the $495 session fee* which secures you in my calendar.

3. Narrow down the details, read the welcome guide, pick out outfits.

4. Photo session day!

5. Set up a date for your photo reveal which can be either in-person or via zoom.

6. Photo reveal where you see the final photos and order all the products/digitals of your favorite images.

7. Products and digitals are delivered so they can bring a smile to your face everyday!

PRE-SESSION CONSULTATION

It is super important for me to get to know your vision for our session together. Through email or a phone call we will discuss your ideas for the session and what final products you are interested in purchasing. We will narrow down the perfect location for your portrait session and discuss wardrobe options. I also provide a detailed session guide for each client.

PHOTO LOCATION

I am a huge fan of natural light and therefore always love outdoor sessions. Most outdoor sessions take place an hour before sunset or around sunrise, as this is the most beautiful light. When photographing lifestyle or branding sessions, I recommend doing these in your own home and during the day when there is the max amount of light. Travel fees may apply for certain locations.

SESSION TIME

Most sessions take about 45 minutes, however I allow up to 60 minutes in case we need a little more time.  I never rush my sessions, but also don’t want to keep you longer than we need. I do not recommend adding time to your session (unless it is a newborn lifestyle or headshot/branding session as these usually take a total of two-three hours). I advise this because every single person (especially kids) tend to lose patience after an hour and the final photos lose their authentic charm.

AMOUNT OF PEOPLE

Your portrait experience includes up to ten people. Each additional person is $25 each. Dogs are family members in my eyes and are welcome to join! A friendly reminder that dogs may not always look at the camera, but I have a few tricks up my sleeve and will try my best to get them to smile.

ARTISTICALLY EDITED DIGITAL PHOTOS

After your session, I carefully select the final  photos for your photo reveal. I will narrow down the  best photos based on facial expressions, posing and lighting. These are the images that meet my standards and will be edited to my signature style.

PHOTO REVEAL + ORDERING APPOINTMENT

We will schedule the photo reveal to take place within two weeks of your photo session. We can do the reveal via Zoom, or in-person at my home or your home. During this reveal I will present all the final photos. Then with an easy yes or no process we narrow down your top favorite photos together. I believe a printed product is the most valuable way to highlight your life and nothing beats having something tangible in your hands as a final product. However, digital images are in high demand so I gladly offer these as well.

All decision makers need to be present and products must be ordered during the photo reveal. A re-scheduling fee of $100 will occur for a no show or if you are unable to decide on your purchase the day of our reveal. Each session includes a $500 credit towards your final purchase. Please look over the pricing guide in advance so I can answer any questions and help you narrow down exactly what you would like to order the day of your appointment. Most reveals and ordering appointments take about one hour.

ACCESS TO HIGH QUALITY PRODUCTS

I have done extensive research and have found the best companies for printing all artwork and products. In this digital age it is so easy to look at the final photos, post something on social media and then the photos get put on a computer or the cloud to never be looked at again. Viewing actual artwork has become a rare experience these days! It is extremely important to me, and hopefully to you, that some of your top favorite photos leave the digital cloud and get printed so they can be enjoyed for years to come.

PORTRAIT DELIVERY

After your order is placed and paid for, your artwork will be ready in approximately 4-6 weeks. I try to deliver all artwork in person, unless it is impossible due to location or FPO order, and am more than happy to hang any wall art purchased from the reveal. Digital images will be provided within 72 hours of purchase for download.
