Maternity: Meagan at Big Sur, CA
Ohhh these coastal Big Sur vibes were a dream, matching perfectly with the beautiful dress Meagan picked out for her maternity session. I was so excited when they recommended Big Sur for their maternity photos while we were discussing what sort of location they wanted for their photos. Hello, is this not the most beautiful spot ever??
Spanish class (or should I say emersion) is taking up all of my time! I haven’t had a moment to promote any photo sessions here in Monterey, California. When I met Terence in my Spanish class and found out they were having their first baby, I just had to photograph them! I am so thankful they were totally on board - and turns out they 110% appreciate photos too, which they told me and I discovered after seeing the prints already from their love story hanging in their house during our photo reveal.

This is what Meagan said during our photo reveal and girl I am right there with you. Check out those awesome clouds and the way the sun popped into the blues! It truly was such a magical location.
My favorite part about this Big Sur location is that you can get so many different photos while wandering along the coast line. Turn one direction, you get one view, turn another direction and you get a completely different viewpoint! Mother nature, you are gorgeous!
I am not going to lie, I saw these birds fly through the camera during this session and screamed with excitement. If you have ever had a session with me, you know I am not a quiet photographer. I am always giving direction and usually saying “YES” because I get so excited about capturing your LOVE.
It is not the easiest trek down to the beach at this location, but I showed Meagan and Terence the options they had to get their feet in the sand and told them it was totally up to them if they wanted to make the adventure to the water. They were all about it and I am so THANKFUL! Look at how magical this little cove was for photos!!

The last twenty minutes of every photo session with me is your time to SHINE! By this time you have warmed up a bit and are comfortable in front of the camera. It also is when the light starts to turn into magic!! We had the most perfect sunset for these photos.
This was my first time every including the husbands back looking at his sweet wife and Terence told me how much he loved this photo. I love feedback from all my clients! :) Thank you, Terence, I am so glad you love this photo as much as I do.
