CONTRACT

DELIVERY TO MIRANDA: Client will deliver Lightroom (LR) catalogs of each session into the PHOTOS TO EDIT folder, via shared dropbox folder. Each session will be culled by Client, unless otherwise discussed with Miranda. Client will add the wedding name to CLICKUP UPLOADED section to let Miranda know it is ready to be edited. Client will include any special notes regarding the edits, so Miranda knows in advance if there is something different beyond Client's style request. JOB DESCRIPTION: Miranda will edit each image by doing: Color Correction to Client's Style Exposure Adjust Basic Cropping Straightening + Sharpening Applying necessary LR filters if provided by Client. RATE: $0.32 per image TURNAROUND TIME: Each LR catalog will be edited within 10 days of notification from Client. If for some reason the wedding will take more time due to Miranda being on vacation or fully booked, Miranda will discuss alternative options with Client. If edited wedding is not delivered by Miranda within 10 business days a 50% discount will be applied. EDITING & QUESTIONS: As Miranda edits she will move the task in CLICKUP to IN PROGRESS. She may run into a few questions due to the change of lighting/location etc. Miranda will contact client in advance for approval on the edit before continuing with the rest of the edits. Please don't delay in responding to avoid extended return of edits. EDITED LR DELIVERY: The completed LR catalog will be placed in the PHOTOS COMPLETED folder via the shared dropbox folder. Miranda will move the task in CLICKUP to REVIEW where the Client will get back to Miranda with any major changes to the edits or concerns in order to continue with a seamless edit turnaround with all future jobs. APPROVAL: Once the edits have been reviewed by the client please move the task to CLOSED in CLICKUP so it is officially completed. PAYMENT: Miranda Boller will send an invoice for the edited sessions on the 1st and 15th of each month, unless discussed otherwise. Please be prompt on paying each invoice.
