for those who LOVE the details:
Family: Heuchling at Smathers Beach
Last year this baby boy was literally a baby and couldn’t even sit on his own, so it was a blast getting some photos of him standing and playing with his sister.
Newborn: Baby C
Welcome to the world, baby c! I got to spend the afternoon with this adorable family and take some newborn portraits of baby c.
Maternity: Megan in Key West
I first photographed Megan for holiday minis with her husband and two pups last year, so I was super excited when she asked me to take her maternity photos this year.
Cake Smash: M at Smathers Beach
Sweet baby M is one!! This was a HUGE deal to me because I first got the opportunity to photograph his mother when she was pregnant with him over a year ago.
Maternity: Jisel at Sunrise
This maternity session was AHMAZING. I am so happy that Jisel and her husband were willing to get up early for a sunrise session, because early mornings in Key West never fail to provide some breathtaking colors in the sky.
Danielle’s Family at The Marriott Key West
My friend is a new auntie and many of us know this is a very exciting time in life. I personally love being an aunt so I totally loved the idea Danielle had of taking photos of her whole family while they were in town visiting Key West
Katie & Tres at Key West Sandbar
Our good friends, Katie and Tres, own a boat and take us out on the water often, so I couldn’t think of a better couple to photograph out in the magic of Key West’s waters. I am so thankful they were all about this session!
Portrait: Mallory Lane
I loved spending the afternoon with Mallory Lane doing what we both love most - taking photos!
Extended Family: At Little Torch Key Cottages
Look at this lovely extended family! I just can’t :) Yup, I said that. This was just such a wonderful session. Sometimes large groups can be a lot to handle - but everyone in this group was happy, cooperative and full of love even though it was super hot!
Extended Family: Smathers Beach
Major props to this family!! This was by far the windiest photo session I have ever had in Key West. Normally I would reschedule, but this extended family was in town for only the weekend so we didn’t have any other days we could do this session.
Newborn: Baby A
Welcome to the world baby A! It was so sweet to meet this cutie pie. I spent the morning photographing her with mom, dad, big brother and even grandma who was in town.
Military: Soapy’s Last Flight at Key West SAR
As per Navy tradition, LT SOAPY got hosed down after his last flight for Key West SAR. The fun part is his wife (newly married by the way) was the one who had the honor of drenching him with the hose.
Family: Paint Session at Smathers Beach
Um how cool is this idea?!? I can’t take any credit for it, it was all this mom’s idea to do this fun paint session at the beach
Maternity: Alyssa at Smathers Beach
I could not have asked for a more beautiful sunset at Smathers Beach. These purples and blues were perfection for this maternity session!
Family: Tocco at Smathers Beach
Oh it is my favorite time of the year at Smathers Beach where the sun sets through all the palm trees and the light is BEAUTIFUL!
Portrait: Kourtney
My beautiful friend, Kourtney got a new job in management and needed some updated headshots.
Family: Pappas at Ft. Zachary
These three siblings had birthday celebrations (and half birthday celebrations) within a few months of each other so their mom wanted some updated photos of all three of them!
Children: Baby J at Ft. Zachary
My sister came to visit with my adorable niece and I could not pass up the opportunity to get some photos of them two together.
Wedding: Mallory & Gary at Bahia Honda
I don’t usually photograph weddings anymore, but when Mallory’s mom got in touch with me about photographing her daughter’s wedding I couldn’t say no!
