I spent the holidays with my family in Chesapeake, VA and man oh man it was cold (well compared to Key West that is!).

This awesome couple was visiting Key West for a few days from Texas. They contacted me about taking some professional photos while on vacation.

I love taking photos for friends especially when they use them for their holiday cards!

Carey and Michael were visiting Key West from brrrrr cold New Jersey and wanted some couple photographs taken.

I seriously, can't. These three just melted my heart! They were visiting Key West from good ol' GA and wanted some family photos.

Raven and Conrad are just the cutest! They wanted to make sure they got some Japan themed photos before I moved.

Oh My Gosh! This sayonara session was a blast! I met Petra at an art paint night in Tokyo and she recently contacted me to take photos of her and her husband.

Lindsay was one of the first friends I met in Japan and has been a life saver on more than one occasion throughout my year and a half living here.

My last official photo session in Japan was with two friends at my all time favorite temple to take photographs.

Woohoo! Look at these two! Cam works with Travis and it was so awesome that they signed up for Fall Minis.

I just love this family :) I photographed Sarah, Andy and Abby for Cherry Blossom season and was so excited when Sarah asked be to photograph Andy's homecoming.

Homecomings just make my heart melt. There is nothing quite like that anxiety, excitement, nervous feeling of waiting for your loved one to return home from sea.  

Seriously?!? I have the best job (if that's even what you want to call it) in the world! I get to photograph so many amazing people. These two were just too cute and so in love

Oh it is springtime and love is in the air! Sarah found this great location known as "Cherry Blossom Lane". It was soooooo pretty!

It's such an honor when my friends hire me to take their photos.  I believe it helps in getting even more genuine photographs as they need less time to warm up in front of the camera :)
