Senior: Jess WIU Grad at Garden of the Gods

Congrats to this WIU Grad, Jess! I had way toooo much fun photographing her for her senior portraits at Garden of the Gods in Colorado Springs. I get asked a lot about whether I do college senior portraits (like is that a thing??!?) and the answer is always yes! I have said this before and I will say it again - ANY JUST BECAUSE MOMENT is a moment to get your photos taken. There doesn’t have to be a reason. Being a college grad is a huge deal and I 100% love that Jess was all about this session. We did some portraits at the viewpoint of Garden of the Gods and even got a few with her whole family! From there we adventured down into the park for some close up photos with the red rocks and an outfit change for some different looks. I think it’s fair to say I am obsessed with this location. I loved getting to know Jess who is super laid back and had some photo ideas of her own as well. An extra special thanks to her lovely sister who helped me behind the scenes and her mom for the behind the scenes photo of me photographing Jess. A lot of team work to make this all happen and I am forever grateful.
