Danielle + Chris in La Jolla

Since becoming a military spouse I have realized how small the world truly is. We met Danielle and Chris when we lived in Key West and they ended up getting stationed in San Diego shortly after we did. How crazy??!? Of all the places they could have been stationed they joined us in San Diego. The even better bonus, our two pups are best friends with their two pups so that just means more play dates and hangouts. I am super excited to have them here and to get to know them even more.

I photographed them numerous times in Key West so I know having a session with me in San Diego was like second nature to them. We had a blast exploring some new locations in La Jolla together. I got to test out my new lens with them too! Watch out world, it’s going to be so many photos full of the best bokeh (that amazing blurry, out of focus background in a photo effect). This beach spot is G O R G E O U S! I am officially obsessed with it and can’t wait to start booking more sessions here. Even with the cloudy sunset we got some fantastic photos with all the different rocks and the deep blue water. I have always loved California, but this evening made me fall even more in love with it!
